The Best Microsoft Access Free Tool Money Can't Buy

Is it just lazy or smart to use tools that do the hard work for you? I have spent many days burning out my bleary eyes staring at the monitor while typing code hour after hour. So I don't care if using a tool is being lazy or smart just let me have some help!

If I could have only one free Microsoft Access Tool, MZ-Tools would be it. It is so good; I can't believe they are giving it away! MZ-Tools 3.0 is a Freeware add-in for VBA, Visual Basic 6.0 and Visual Basic 5.0.

What can MZ-Tools do for you? We are all told by the experts to add error handling code to all of our procedures. But who has the time to hand code every Sub and Function? With MZTools I hit my shortcut keys and instantly custom error handling code is added to my procedure, The error code includes the procedure and module names so I know exactly where an error has occurred--how sweet is that!

Do you get tired of trying to find and copy the favorite code snippet over and over again? MZTools makes them instantly available. Oh, and I love their MsgBox Assistant. You get to see how your message will look and tweak it before you insert it into your code! Another great help is the Review Source Code feature. MZ-Tools points out potential problems with your code, as well as items to cleanup like unused variables.

Another timesaving feature is Copy Control with Code so you do not have to rewrite code every time you need a new control. You can also Rename Controls With Code and create Default Control settings your way.

One of the best features is the Find-Replace which enables you to see the lines of code where the changes are to be made and select only the places where you want the text replaced. There is also a handy TabIndex Assistant which helps you setup where the focus moves when the user presses the tab button. And for ease of use there is the MZ-Tools Menu, the Toolbar, and a Shortcut Menu.

There are many more features than I can talk about so I give you a partial list of some of the remaining features:

*Add Procedure or Module Header
*Select Case Assistant For Enum Expressions
*Line Numbering
*Sort Procedures in alphabetical order in your modules
*Statistics-how many lines of code, etc.

It seems too good to be true. So before they come to their senses and start charging for it head on down to MZ-Tools for your free Add-In. Whether you are a novice or an expert, this free tool can benefit you significantly. With MZ-Tools you can be lazy and smart!
